Marie Ducey, MS, APC
Marie is an associate professional counselor with an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Mercer University.
Marie is passionate about helping clients break free from eating disorders, body image issues, and diet culture while working from a Health at Every Size paradigm. She also enjoys working with those struggling with anxiety and depression, especially adolescents and young adults.
Marie aims to create a collaborative relationship with clients where compassion is most important, but she also believes in the need to gently challenge clients at times.
Marie incorporates a variety of modalities into her practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
