Kiarra donnelly, lmsw
Kiarra is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience in addiction recovery and eating disorder treatment. She supports clients across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. Her background includes work in both substance use and eating disorder treatment settings.
Her approach to therapy is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in the belief that a strong therapeutic relationship creates the foundation for meaningful change. Kiarra integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based practices, and creative expression to support clients in building insight, resilience, and healthier coping strategies.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from Coastal Carolina University and her Master’s degree in Social Work from Kennesaw State University. Her clinical perspective is informed by her training in the performing arts as well as her experience with yoga practice (YTT-200), both of which contribute to her appreciation for embodiment, expression, and self-awareness in the healing process.
Kiarra is actively pursuing her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure under the supervision of Dr. Tara Arnold.
