Kiarra is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience in addiction and eating disorder treatment. She supports clients of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, and life transitions. Her integrative approach blends CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and creative expression.
Kiarra is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a passion for fostering healing, self-compassion, and personal growth in others. She enjoys working with all ages and identities on a variety of struggles including anxiety, depression, identity development, navigating transitions, and self-esteem building. Kiarra brings with her a history of working in addiction treatment and eating disorder treatment settings.
Kiarra’s approach to therapy is highly collaborative and personalized to the client, blending several modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and creative expression. She believes that establishing a safe and supportive therapeutic alliance creates fruitful ground for positive change.
Kiarra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from Coastal Carolina University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Kennesaw State University. Her work is informed by her advanced training in the performing arts and yoga practices (YTT-200). Kiarra is actively pursuing her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification under the supervision of Tara Arnold.
