Casey graham, ms, apc, ncc

Casey Graham, MS, APC, NCC, is an Associate Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor who works with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. She is particularly passionate about supporting clients who have grown up in addicted or otherwise dysfunctional family systems, helping them navigate complex family-of-origin dynamics, develop healthier relationships, and break free from patterns of codependency.

Casey believes that every person has the capacity for healing, growth, and meaningful change. She strives to create a therapeutic environment grounded in compassion, curiosity, and authenticity, where clients feel safe exploring their experiences, identifying their strengths, and moving toward lives that feel more aligned with their values and sense of self.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), systems-based perspectives, existential therapy, and Choice/Reality Theory. Through these approaches, Casey helps clients address current challenges while also exploring deeper questions of meaning, purpose, identity, and personal integrity.

Before entering the counseling profession, Casey spent 13 years working in student affairs and higher education administration. This experience gave her extensive insight into the unique opportunities and challenges faced by young adults as they navigate college, graduate and professional programs, career development, and the transition into adulthood. She enjoys working with clients who are managing the uncertainties and life changes that often accompany these stages of life.

Outside of her clinical work, Casey is an avid music enthusiast and often has a vinyl record playing in her office. She enjoys attending live concerts, exploring new restaurants, and spending time outdoors—activities that help her stay grounded and connected to the richness, joy, and balance that she encourages clients to cultivate in their own lives.
