Jordan Gross, MSW
Jordan Gross is a Master’s-level Social Worker who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Appalachian State University in 2017 and later completed her graduate training in Clinical Social Work at the University of Georgia. In May 2023, she graduated with a dual Master’s degree in Social Work and Divinity.
Jordan offers a strength-based, holistic approach to therapy and is passionate about integrating clinical mental health care with spiritual care for clients who wish to include that dimension in their healing process. She works with adolescents, teens, and young adults navigating grief and loss, trauma (including harm experienced in religious contexts), anxiety, and depression.
Her therapeutic style is grounded in a gentle, present, and compassionate stance. Jordan strives to create a space where clients of all ages and identities feel deeply heard and supported. She believes that holding space for clients’ stories is a privilege and approaches each session with sincerity and care.
Her clinical interests include body image concerns, eating disorders, anti-diet culture work, spirituality, anxiety, depression, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)–informed approaches. She works under the supervision of Dr. Tara Arnold, PhD, LCSW, CEDS-S, RYT-200.
